HeLLP separating chapterss

I am using garage band to make my podcast. I send it to itunes to convert it to an mp3 file to be uploaded at this site. My problem is that when it is converted to an mp3 it doesnt save the picture and or chapters and just loads as one long chapter how can i fix this. When its an aac file the pictures and the chapters are seperarted correctly but this site does not allow you to upload that type of file
